- The Council want to appoint a Civils Contractor who can carry out all works necessary to level, regrade and resurface the existing carpark. The existing carpark has been in place for over 30 years ago and over this time with vehicular daily usage significant wear, tear and surface damage has occurred. Whilst temporary surfacing patching and repairs have been carried out by the Councils Maintenance Departments the carpark is now in need of a complete overhaul.
