Description : Essex County Council (ECC) is intending to set up a brand new dynamic purchasing system (DPS) to support ECC, schools and anchor partners with procuring retro-fit works for non-domestic buildings. Following engagement held in 2023 with the suppliers and potential users of the DPS, the scope has been refined to two lots.These are proposed to be:LOT 1 - LED InstallationLOT 2 - Solar PV InstallationThe DPS is proposed to have a value under Procurement threshold for Works contracts. The council intends to utilise PPN 11/20 to reserve the opportunity for Essex based suppliers.
