Project Description: Participants will provide all necessary logistics services, including planning, coordination, and execution, to ensure smooth delivery across the following phases: Key Elements of Enabling Works The key elements of the of the enabling works required include: • Move Management x 2 ( Beginning & End of Phase ) • Floor Box Works to Suit New Furniture Layout • Reposition Existing & Retained Furniture to Its Correct Position • Removal & Disposal of Excess Furniture • Managing New Furniture Installation & Co-Ordination with Floor Boxes • Associated Prelims for All Activities, Including Management & Supervision Project Phasing & Sequencing • Phase 1- 1st Floor Swing Space (1 to 1.5 weeks) • Phase 2 - 3rd Floor North (4 weeks) * • Phase 3 - 3rd Floor South (4 weeks) * • Phase 4 - 2nd Floor North (4 weeks) * • Phase 5 - 2nd Floor South (4 weeks) *
