Description : CUSTOMER: Defence Medical Services HQ, Ministry of Defence (The Authority)DATE RESPONSE REQUIRED: Friday 11th March 2022Dear Potential Provider,We would like to notify you of a potential upcoming requirement, and by doing so we are keen to understand where the market stands in terms of our requirement below.This Request for Information (RFI) seeks information relating to the provision of neurocognitive testing, which the Authority requires for use at the Defence Medical Rehabilitation Centre (DMRC). CURRENT SITUATIONThe Defence Medical Rehabilitation Centre (DMRC), Stanford Hall, provides both inpatient and outpatient neuro rehabilitation to Service Personnel (SP) who have a neurological condition, including mild, moderate and severe brain injuries. Conditions affecting the brain frequently result in cognitive difficulties experienced by patients. In order to assess the presence and severity of specific cognitive problems, the specialist psychology team require validated assessment tools. The results inform the treatment required by patients and safety of personnel returning to military duties.The Authority requires neuro cognitive testing materials to identify cognitive deficits in patients with neurological conditions.
