Abstract: Cardiff University (CUCHDS) - Roof ReplacementThe existing copings are to be removed and replaced with Alumasc Skyline aluminium coating as per specification item H31. The existing roof is to be covered with a liquid applied waterproof roof coating as stated in the specification item J31. Internal works are to be carried out when making good and replacing ceilings and walls, these are specified in the specifications under items K10 and K40. Replacement doors to be fitted to boiler room in line with specification item L20. A fixed companionway system is to be installed to facilitate access to plant and machinery, this is to be installed as per specification item L35. Plaster, render and internal finishes will be required as per specification items M20 and M60. Bird and Vermin control systems will be required as described in the specification under N16 and all fixing and adhesive requirements are stated under item Z20.
