Description : To implement a calendar system to manage all appointment types and ceremonies within the registration service.Multiple appointments and ceremonies can take place at the same time, with different data being collected and attributed to each appointment type. This includes some statutory questions that must be asked, as well as customer details.Registrars also need to be able to produce routine correspondence for appointments and ceremonies, including booking confirmations, booking reminders and standard letters. This allows all customers to receive a consistent message and prevents unnecessary calls to the office.For ceremonies, we need to be able to collect information from customers about the arrangements for their ceremony.
