The specification is to install temporary scaffolding, prepare the existing roof covering and overlay the existing asphalt roof with a Bauder reinforced bitumen membrane warm roof covering system, torch applied complete with the associated works. The work includes internal ceiling repairs and decoration and cleaning carpets, etc.
