Description : The Council is due to procure a new contract for its RTPI system, when the current contract expires on 30th November 2025. We are currently exploring our options for reprocuring this service, either through a framework or other route to market. At this stage this opportunity is soft market test only and not a call for competition. The main purpose of this Request for Information/Market Engagement is to understand whether providers can supply the following:1) Real Time Passenger Information Core System - refers to the technological solution and software designed to collect, process, and present live information related to bus services departure times. 2) Real Time Passenger Information Display Supply and Maintenance - this involves the provision, installation, and ongoing maintenance of the electronic displays used to disseminate real-time information to passengers at bus stops, public transport stations, or other relevant locations. 3) Commercial Advertising on RTPI Displays - With an increasing digital estate to maintain, the Council has sought to identify innovative ways to cove...
