Description : The Royal Devon & Exeter NHS Foundation Trust wish to appoint a Clerk of works required with immediate start for minimum 9-month period full time. This is for major £24m expansion of Emergency department at the Royal Devon and Exeter NHS Foundation Trust Wonford site. The role will also cover £7m major electrical infrastructure works. Ideally the successful candidate will be ICWCI registered with a proven track record of healthcare construction and good knowledge of CDM Regulations. Reporting direct to the Capital project manager.
