- Tenders are invited for The Contracting Authorities wish to procure a single consultant relating to the valuation of land and property which they may own or may purchase. Pursuant to this Competition, the Contracting Authorities intend to appoint the successful Tenderer(s) to a Contract for a maximum period of two (2) years plus 2 optional extensions subject to satisfactory performance of one (1) year each (2+1+1). Each Contracting Authority will enter into separate and independent contracts. It is envisaged that each Contracting Authority which is party to the Contract will, as the need arises, issue the Contractor with an instruction for services as described in the Scope of Services. The Contracting Authorities reserve the right to issue instructions at any time during the term of the Contract.
