Description:
Tenders are invited for The proposed work comprises bathroom replacements, floor finish and ceiling replacements, fire upgrade works, insulation upgrade works, door and window replacements, roof cleaning, repairs and rainwater goods replacements, furniture or unit replacements, handrailing replacements, redecoration works, signage upgrades, site works cleaning and repairs and associated mechanical and electrical services works. All carried out across two separate blocks of apartments or flats. The above paragraph is only a short form description of the Works.
