Description : Nottingham City Homes is looking to appoint a suitable contractor to undertake the provision of Tool and Plant Hire, Repairs & Maintenance Service including cranes, cherry pickers and various access platforms and maintenance and repair service for any NCH owned plant in line with original equipment manufacturer (OEM) recommendations.The successful supplier is required to; • Delivery and pick up equipment to and from any NCH property or site address and on occasions authorised employees of NCH shall collect equipment form the Hire Centre. • Once the plant is no longer required an off-hire reference must be provided and charges stopped.• Deliver plant familiarisation training at time of plant hire in line with regulations.• Closely monitor all products making sure they are returned as soon as they are no longer required to prevent unnecessary cost incurred.• Work with Operational Teams to develop a robust procedure for monitoring, notifying, and returning any hired equipment.
