Description : The London Borough of Lambeth is seeking expressions of interest from organisations to undertake the day-to-day management and maintenance of Myatt's Fields Park through a Service Level Agreement. The initial expected duration will be for a minimum of 5 years, with the option to extend for a further 2 years after. It is anticipated that the management fee value will be approximately £15k per year reducing to £9k over time.We are seeking an organisation with links to the local community and some experience in managing a similar sized park/operations.The successful organisation will be expected to undertake the following:1. All aspects of horticulture2. Grass cutting throughout the site3. Management of sports facilities - tennis courts and all-weather pitch4. Adhoc repairs at the site5. Management and facilitation of events6. Hedge cutting on the interior of the site7. General monitoring of the site and usage8. Any other duties to improve the siteThe council will continue to:1.
