Abstract: This procurement process is a joint call to establish a qualification system by Severn Trent Water Limited ("STW") and Hafren Dyfrdwy Cyfyngedig ("HD") pursuant to the Utilities Contracts Regulations 2016 ("UCR 2016") Provision of a single or joint solution to integrate and implement a new Field Services Management Platform that will open access to new functionalities that will enable us to remove some SAP customizations, improve operations and exploit new capabilities.
