• Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (the Contracting Authority) is looking to tender the following services across its Addenbrooke's Hospital and Rosie Hospital sites: 1. Domestic Cleaning Service 2. Patient Catering Services The Contracting Authority's requirements are anticipated to include: 1. Domestic Cleaning Services: • Provision of cleaning services to clinical, public, and staff areas per NHS cleaning standards; • The cleaning services will be based on scheduled routines, focusing on regular, deep, planned and reactive cleans for high, medium and low risk areas • The supply of all consumables (cleaning consumables to include paper towels, toilet tissue, soap, alcohol gel, waste bags, couch roll). The Authority has preferred products for some of these key items and the Service Provider will be required to continue with this supply route; • The supply of all equipment required to deliver the Cleaning Services; and • Additional specified cleaning duties. 2. Patient Catering Service: • Delivery and service of frozen plated meals for inpatient wards, ensuring menu choices meet dietary and cultural needs; • Utilising other meal methods for specific patient / clinical need; • Delivering the service primarily on a scheduled and reactive basis; and • Maintaining quality and compliance with NHS food and nutritional standards.
