This ensures that children, young people and adults develop the knowledge and understanding, skills, capabilities and attributes which they need for mental, emotional, social and physical wellbeing now and in the future.The vision of the Mental Health Strategy in Scotland 2017-2027 as it relates to children and young people, supports the approach that children, young people and families should get the right help at the right time, expect recovery, and fully enjoy their rights, free from discrimination and stigma.Aberdeen City Council are looking for a single Service Provider to provide a Counselling Service within the Aberdeen City Area.
