- Description:
- Oxfordshire County Council (OCC) intends to procure ongoing management, monitoring, and maintenance services for a network of 10 closed landfill sites within Oxfordshire. This will become 11 from 2026.
This requirement ensures the Council can fulfil its legal obligations with respect to these sites under the Environmental Permitting Regulations and other applicable statutes and ensure sufficient environmental control and aftercare of former landfill sites.
We are considering a contract term of 4 years, with a potential extension of up to 3
additional years.
OCC will engage with prospective contractors in July-August 2025. To participate in soft market testing, please express your interest in the opportunity. We will contact you to schedule a suitable time.
