Description:
Southend City Council (SCC) are looking to establish a Care at Home Framework in which any statutory funded organisation can utilise.

Care at Home comprises the following 3 elements as described in the specification (Section B):
1. Homecare
2. Reablement Service
3. Southend Enhanced Discharge

SCC are looking to appoint a single lead provider in the following areas/lots:

- Lot 1: Lead Provider West
- Lot 2: Lead Provider West Central
- Lot 3: Lead Provider East Central

SCC are also looking to appoint the following number of locality providers in the following lots/areas:

- Lot 4: Locality Provider West (4)
- Lot 5: Locality Provider West Central (3)
- Lot 6: Locality Provider East Central (3)
- Lot 7: Locality Provider East (4)

The framework will be available to use by SCC and/or any statutory funded organisation.
