Abstract: The University of Strathclyde (“the University”) is seeking to establish a measured term contract (MTC) to support the delivery of activities outlined below:This Contract will include, but will not be limited to;- Maintenance of chillers;- Maintenance of split air conditioning systems;- Maintenance of VRV Systems;- Maintenance of humidifiers;- Maintenance of CCUs;- Maintenance of FCUs, including all associated controls;- Provision of a 24/7 helpdesk and call out service that operates 365 days a year; and- Only suitably qualified engineers visiting sites, however, the engineer may have an accompanying apprentice.
