On behalf of the London Borough of Waltham Forest (LBWF) Evolve Norse is seeking to appoint the services of Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health Building Engineer services. This contract is required to provide services from RIBA Stage 2 through to the post construction stage including the 12-month defects period. However, from stage 4 and 6 the consultant is required to perform in the capacity as technical advisor under Design and Build procurement using JCTDB2016.
