Description:
It is anticipated that the Programme will be designed and implemented by the Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) in conjunction with the National Infrastructure and Service Transformation Authority (NISTA), although this may be in conjunction with (or led by other) relevant contracting authorities. The Programme will involve (at a high level) the design, build, finance, operation and maintenance of certain types of primary and community health infrastructure projects through a Public Private Partnership (PPP) model. This programme is not about the delivery of NHS healthcare services. This notice is published to advertise a preliminary market engagement exercise being conducted by DHSC in conjunction with NISTA for the Programme as set out in governments 10 Year Infrastructure Document published on 19th June 2025 The exercise will be comprised of a series of engagement activities with interested persons at various levels of the supply chain, with persons operating at different levels potentially being engaged through separate targeted activities or sessions. The precise details will be confirmed in due course to persons expressing interest and the rolling programme of activities will be updated as engagement progresses.
