    Description : NHS Gloucestershire ICB over the last 12 months has been refocusing on its data strategy as an organisation; taking greater responsibility over the processing of its data from its partners. Both through an increase in staffing and recognition over the COVID-19 pandemic of the importance of timely and statistically valid data in answering population health queries.We are now looking to a procure a service to enhance our population health offering through this procurement to include a set of robust and clinically explainable scoring and segmentation on our system health care.Population health analytics enables this by combining information from primary and secondary care and grouping patients based on clinical need. Statistical models are then applied to identify patients with high predicted risk of future service use.
