Description : Historic England are seeking to engage the professional services of a suitably qualified Lead Consultant and subconsultant team to deliver a new cycle store and a recycling store, and landscaping within the identified area on the site. The role of the lead consultant /team will be to; - o Provide an acceptable performance specification for the prefabricated storage facilities o Provide a full design for all associated works e.g. Landscaping, M&E, Security o Agree budgets and programme. o Obtain necessary consents for the new facilities, principally, Building Regulations, Listed Building and Planning consent. o Procure the new facilities in accordance with public sector procurement rules (these new facilities must be competitively tendered via HE's In-Tend procurement system). o Oversee the delivery and installation of the same including ...
