Description : The authority is looking to establish a framework agreement that can provide a full range of professional services associated with construction, engineering and transport consultancy services across the multiple service areas within the authority.
The overarching framework agreement is for an initial period of 3 years from the contract commencement date, with the option to extend for a further period of up to 12 months.
It is intended to award up to 10 suppliers a place on the resultant framework agreement with a single supplier being appointed for each lot.
The framework agreement shall have the facility for the authority to call-off from the framework based on the tendered rates.
