Abstract: Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) is looking for a provider to develop a training for Internal Control Units / Offices, or those acting on their behalf in the new model recently defined by the Attorney General Office of Colombia. This is to enable the recipients to exert or implement the preventive surveillance role for public procurement in Colombia. The training must take into account new regulatory framework (regulations and procedures) and technical models (tools and platforms) of the public procurement.
