- Lewisham Council are looking to appoint a contractor for The Library Consortium Courier Framework Agreement.
The Service:
Lewisham Library Information Service is the lead authority for The Library Consortium (TLC) Courier Services Framework Agreement that enables the sharing of books for millions of library users across 23 authorities within London and beyond the M25 London Orbital.
The Courier Framework Agreement enables member authorities to efficiently transport books and other items both across the consortium and within their own local boundaries.
