• To get an indication of suppliers- capability to provide the package of care and source the accommodation element.
• To allow suppliers to submit any questions in relation to the Package and accommodation requirement.
• To assist the Council in establishing whether an open tender process would be an appropriate route to market.
This Expression of Interest is not a formal procurement process and is being used to ascertain Providers' capacity to fulfil this complex requirement. The Council cannot guarantee that a competitive tendering process will be undertaken following this Expression of Interest.
