Project Description : PLEASE NOTE THAT BELFAST CITY COUNCIL IS NOT THE LEAD ON THIS PROJECT. THIS PROJECT IS BEING HOSTED BY BELFAST CITY COUNCIL ON BEHALF OF PORTVIEW TRADE CENTRE.
Portview Belfast Limited requires a range of professional and technical (P&T) services providers to support the development of their Portview site off the Newtownards Road in Belfast. They propose to establish a Framework Agreement for a period of two years with option to extend for three further periods of twelve months up to a maximum potential Framework life of five years.
The estimated total value of these P&T services is in the region of £1m based on an overall development forecast of £20m. It should be noted that this Framework Agreement provides no guarantee of business until it is concluded by individual contracts for specific work packages.
The proposed Lots within the Framework will include: Architecture, Structural & Civil Engineering, Mechanical & Electrical, Quantity Surveying and Interpretive Planning and Design Services.
