Abstract: The University's air conditioning, refrigeration and dehumidification equipment is maintained and serviced through a contract under the auspices of the Property Management Division, Estates and Campus Services. This tender is for the continued provision of this service.The appointed contractor will be required to provide a maintenance and repair service to all air conditioning systems, refrigeration equipment, dehumidifiers and AHU-s listed in the Equipment Schedule, including all associated control panels, switchgear, actuators, control valves and cabling.The appointed contractor must hold a current CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION UNDER THE CONTROL OF POLLUTION (Amendment) ACT 1989 as issued by the Scottish Environmental Protection Agency. A copy of the registration certificate is to be made available before contract work begins.
