Description : This opportunity is for the provision of learning provision to be delivered in accordance with Education Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) rules and guidelines, (available from the ESFA via the .gov website - https://www.gov.uk/government/organisations/education-and-skills-funding-agency)ESFA funds, provide opportunities for investment into : ā¢ Campaigning and promoting the benefits of adult skills; and ā¢ Delivering systematic and sustained upskilling of adults to:ļ§ Support re-engagement into the local labour market, ļ§ Increase skills levels amongst working adults, ļ§ Maintain community learning amongst older citizens and ļ§ Strengthen communities.Plymouth City Council (PCC) holds an annualised budget of cĀ£1.7m from the Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) for delivery of 16-19 education programmes and adult education (AEB).
