Description:
The Council has a Joint Venture with Bruntwood to deliver the residential plots on Stretford Mall. The JV is a separate entity and we are procuring publicly due to grant requirement. This procurement will be for the PCSA contract with a contractor, then a build contract in a two stage tender to deliver the first block 2A, with the option to extend to future blocks, subject to conditions.
