• Description:
• The project is for the provision of: Construction of a new build community & sporting facility comprising; •4nr new full-sized natural grass GAA pitches (3 of which are floodlit) •3nr New build buildings including: oNew build complex building with changing/meeting rooms/offices/canteen/museum space and adjoining covered grandstand including spectator seating oNew build pavilion building including a lift/fitness suite & gym/changing/matchday officials- spaces oNew build indoor Multi Use Games Area (MUGA) oAdditional ancillary buildings (turnstiles, ticketing office, shop) •External works involving extensive cut & fill works, drainage diversion, infrastructure, hardstanding, utilities, roads, car parking, fencing & other ancillary works and works outside the Site within the public domain (including road junction improvements) •Demolition & site clearance works of the existing Pavilion building •Provision of overhead NIE cable diversion •Improved access arrangements •Enhanced landscaping (hard & soft) •Walking trail •Refurbishment of existing children-s playground. The Contract period is expected to be c.18 months.
