Description : The Council is looking for expressions of interest from architects with conservation accreditation (AABC or RIBA Conservation Accredited), to provide a schedule of rates for a 'design and project management service' to property owners wishing to take advantage of the scheme, as part of a mini framework of up to 3 approved suppliers that will be offered to all applicants. The schedule of rates supplied should also include a day rate for the accredited architect to act as an advisor for projects which have had drawn work produced by non-accredited architects who have already been appointed directly by the building owner earlier in the process.We are looking to launch the scheme for applications by the end of June, with a view to first live projects starting to flow in Aug/Oct 2021 and continue until all the grant allocation is expended.
