Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council is currently considering options for a provider to install and maintain a network of parcel lockers across Cheshire West and Chester at no cost to the Council and to provide Cheshire West and Chester Council with a fixed level of income (on suitable Council land or highways adopted land).
