Description:
Leicester City Council invites tenders for works (the Works) comprising of asbestos removal and disposal of contaminated materials, installation of an insulated roofing system and reinstatement of all associated rainwater goods and flashings at Units 10-40, Boston Road, Leicester, LE4 1AA. The total possible contract duration is eighteen (18) months, which consists of an initial term of six (6) months with the option to extend for up to a further twelve (12) months.
