- A package of care and support is currently being provided to an individual in a tenancy in the east of West Lothian. The package of care is provided by two members of staff, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.The individual has complex physical and mental health conditions including a long-standing alcohol problem, insulin-dependent diabetes, is a wheelchair user due to an amputation, displays behaviour which is aggressive, is prone to violence and has a history of previous assaults.
