Abstract: Oxfordshire is a thriving county which is home to over 650,000 residents. The county has over 3,000 miles of highway, 2,600 miles of public rights of way.Oxfordshire County Council is procuring a Highway Maintenance contract commencing on 1st April 2025 for an initial 8-year period with the option to extend for up to a maximum of 14 years.
