Description:
The North York Moors National Park Authority are looking to purchase 30 laptops
Laptop minimum Specification:-
Intel i5 Processor or equivalent
minimum 16Gb Ram
minimum 512GB SSD
Minimum 15" Screen Size
USB C connectivity
Webcam, mic and speakers built in
Must be TPM 2.0 enabled to allow Bitlocker to be enabled
Windows 11 Pro
We currently use Dell WD19s Docking blocks and the laptops will have to be compatible with these. The docks use a USB-C connection so having a USB-C connection that carries network, power, and display on the laptop is essential.
We also utilise Microsoft Autopilot so would be looking to have the new devices enrolled in Autopilot either by the manufacturer or be supplied with the appropriately formatted txt files to import them ourselves.
Choosing criteria will be split as per below:-
Laptop
70% - price
30% - quality
Where quality will be based on
40% Size of screen
30% newness of the CPU
30% speed of the CPU
