Description : NWL CCG, requires a locally based support service in Westminster for people with Personality Disorder (PD), now called 'Complex Emotional Needs' or those with on-going personality related difficulties in work, training or social interactions.Key services required include:-Regular one-to-one sessions with specialist support staff using a Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) model and Psycho-Analytical Theory.-Outreach into A&E departments, Well-Being centres and custody to build relationships and promote referral of clients to the service.-Facilitate personal development groups and Peer Support groups to achieve social inclusion outcomes, including: motivation, self-esteem, stress management and individual support to work out steps to achieve identified goals as well as help to maintain or re-engage relationships.-Facilitate DBT skills development group programme to develop educational and vocational goals.-The service adopts a trauma informed approach, in line with the NHS long-term plan.The CCG currently has a contract in place with One Housing to p...
