Description : Northamptonshire Children's Trust (NCT) would like to invite Expressions of Interest for a partner with proven experience of innovative service design and delivery to improve long term outcomes for the most complex children and young people. Innovative thinking, relational working, and a desire to work with commissioners and NCT in a different way will be fundamental.
