Description : Leeds Building Services (LBS) on behalf of Leeds City Council are looking for one contractor to undertake the maintenance, responsive repairs and refurbishment of drains for non-housing (e.g. Schools, offices and commercial properties). Currently the Council has existing contractors in place to deliver this works. It is anticipated that the procurement will consist of one contractor to deliver responsive drainage works to non-domestic properties.
