Each of the Frameworks is broken down into 5 workstreams which are:
Planned Maintenance - External and Communal Works
Planned Maintenance - Internal Works
Planned Maintenance - External, Communal and Internal Works
Net Zero carbon Works
Passive Fire Safety Works
The Frameworks are national covering England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland with the ability to operate in specific geographical regions.
