- On behalf of the Greater London Authority (GLA), Transport for London (TfL) are seeking to procure a Single Supplier Framework for event management of New Year's Eve (NYE) events for 2026-2029. The Framework is expected to be for four years, with optional annual call-offs (i.e., 1+1+1+1). This Tender Notice is to inform the market of the issuing of the New Year's Eve (NYE) Procurement Specific Questionnaire (PSQ) and the draft Invitation to Tender (ITT) documents. Please note, the ITT documents have been issued at this stage as Information Only, TfL/GLA reserves the right to make non-material adjustments to the documents prior to publishing to shortlisted bidders.
