Abstract: We want to provide a modular and scalable touring kit that can take our objects and/or our experts out into the community. We want a kit that ranges from a briefcase of handling objects that can be taken into a hospital or school, to a modular pop-up display that can be installed in a museum or school, to an exciting and attractive installation that will impress and engage visitors at a festival or national event. We also want to hear from our users too, and so a space for interaction and feedback is essential within this solution.We want to appoint an (exhibition) design company to deliver this solution. We have a budget of approx. £100,000 for the design, project management and delivery of this as a field-ready package. It must be sustainable, capable of longevity and repeat-use, that helps us take Amgueddfa Cymru-s collections and vision out for many years to come.We want full design and delivery the product by the end of March 2022 (end financial year).
