This project will be delivered in two phases: • Phase 1: The development of a MUGA, play area, and fitness equipment, for which funding has already been secured. • Phase 2: The creation of a concept design and quote for a community open space to enable future funding and development. Early market engagement to assist in overcoming the delays experienced thus far and to gain insight into potential solutions. The formal tender notice will be published on 1st August 2025.
