Description:
Platform Housing Limited (PHL) is a not-for-profit housing organisation that has been established for almost 40 years. PHL provides over 46,000 affordable homes in the Midlands and are building many more homes each year causing PHL-s requirements for mobile telephony to constantly change. The current plan is to build 12,000 homes in the next 5 years. PHL-s aim is to procure a relevant supplier of both mobile handsets and mobile sim connections for a multitude of devices that have connectivity across the entire Midlands.
