- Gloucestershire County Council is seeking suitably qualified providers, to attend a market engagement for the provision of migration support services. This is a market engagement which requires interested tenderers to either complete a questionnaire and or attend a teams event. Details of these are in the attached.
A new Framework Agreement for the supply of support services for refugees is required by the county council in order to ensure a warm welcome for new arrivals to the county, encourage their integration into the community, as well as to satisfy the conditions for several government-funded grant schemes. This Framework will also be available to the six district councils to use to call off contracts for support for refugees and/or asylum seekers who are placed in their areas by the Home Office. The proposed new Framework agreement will allow for multiple purchasers to call-off contracts that will assist in improving joint commissioning opportunities across Gloucestershire.
