Description : East Lindsey District Council(ELDC) are looking to develop three historic sites, two in Alford and one in Spilsby, Lincolnshire. We are looking to appoint a suitably qualified MEP Service Designer to fully design all aspects of the mix of refurbishment and new build schemes.
