- East Lothian Council, on behalf of East Lothian Health and Social Care Partnership, has a requirement for a suitably experienced and qualified provider to provide a Mental Health Recovery Service in East Lothian for Adults with Complex Mental Health Needs whose symptoms are causing disruption to functional skills. The service is based on Grade 4 of the Wayfinder model providing graded support in accommodation (in a building provided by East Lothian Council) on a 24 hour basis 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
