The Council is seeking to procure a multidisciplinary professional services team to prepare a masterplan and feasibility study for the North Bay area of Scarborough Town. The Council is keen to accelerate progress on the development and delivery of Scarborough-s North Bay area. Although significant progress has been made over the years on this key leisure are (e.g. Scarborough-s Alpamare Waterpark and Spa, Scarborough Open Air Theatre etc.) the Council is seeking to prepare a comprehensive masterplan for the future of the former “Sands” development site and the wider North Bay area.
